- It's 2 packet of Biscuits (Any Chocolate).
- It's 1 tablespoon of Sugar.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Milk.
- You need of Hershey Syrup for garnishing.
- You need of Butter for greasing.
- It's 1 packet of Eno.
- It's of Flour for dusting.
- It's 2 tablespoon of Tutti Fruiti.
Eggless Chocolate Biscuit Cake step by step
- First of all...Take chocolate biscuits...break them, Add Sugar and chop them and make a nice powder of them.........
- Now Take the mixture into the bowl...Gradually Add milk and mix them properly and make a fine consistency.......
- In last, Add eno and Tutti fruiti and mix again......Add more lil milk and give a nyc mix......Keep the mixture for rest for 1 hour.......
- Now take a cake pan...Grease it well with butter and spread maida/flour....Now add the cake mixture into the cake pan.....Dap the mixture well.....
- Pre heat the OTG for 10 minutes.....After 10 minutes...Place cake pan into OTG for 25-30 minutes...And bake it.
- After 25-30 minutes...remove the cake and keep it for 15 minutes to cool down and then demould the cake.
- Garnish it with hershey syrup and Serve chilled🎂.
