CHOCOLATE BISCUIT CAKE (NO OVEN; EGGLESS; KADHAAI) step by step

  1. In a mixer jar, add the biscuits, powdered sugar and cocoa powder and grind it thoroughly..
  2. On the other hand, in a kadhaai (wok), add the ½kg salt. Cover the kadhaai and let it heat on high flame..
  3. After grinding the biscuits, add ghee and a little bit of milk and grind again. Make sure you grind everything properly and thoroughly..
  4. Now add Eno and a little milk and grind again. You should get a soft batter. Close the grinder because the batter shouldn't come much in contact with air..
  5. Now in a cake tin, spread butter paper and apply some ghee/oil/butter over it. If you don't have cake tin or butter paper, then you can use any steel utensil and just apply ghee/oil/butter on the base and on the sides..
  6. Transfer the mixture that we have now from the grinder into the cake tin/steel utensil..
  7. In the kadhaai that has been preheating, place a stand in the center of the kadhaai carefully and place the cake tin/steel utensil over it. If you don't have a stand, you can use a katori as well..
  8. After placing the cake tin/bowl in the kadhaai, cover the kadhaai and let the cake cook for 25 mins on high flame. After around 25-30 mins, the cake will start to rise..
  9. Keep checking your cake in between. In order to know how much the cake is cooked from inside, you can insert a toothpick in the outer and inner areas of the cake. If the toothpick comes out clean i.e there isn't any batter on it then it means your cake is cooked and you can turn off the flame..
  10. Let it rest until for about 15-20 mins. Then place a plate over the utensil in which your cake is there and flip it over. Tap the utensil from above and remove it..
  11. Now you can decorate it the way you like or you can leave it as it is :) I made some liquid chocolate and poured it over the cake. To make it, i added cocoa powder, sugar and some milk in a pan and stirred it until i got a thick chocolaty liquid. Keep adding milk little by little in the pan. Thats it, Enjoy :).
