- You need 250 gm of Maida-.
- Prepare 150 gm of Salted or white butter-.
- You need -90 gm of Castor sugar.
- It's 1 tbspn of Kaju- (chopped).
- Prepare 10-20 ml of Chilled Water-.
- You need 1/4 tspn of Baking powder-.
Butter Kaju Biscuits instructions
- Butter & Sugar together till it become fluffy & Creamy.
- Now add all the dry ingredients & chilled water,add half chopped Kaju and mix together & make soft dough..
- Now set the dough on pallet knife & keep open in the refrigerator for for half an hour,after that cut the dough in the shape of rectangle biscuit & sprinkle the left over chopped Kaju on it & press it gently..
- Now bake it in the grease tray..
- Preheated microwave at 180 degree C for 20-25 minutes till it done.
- Cool on the wire rack & store in air tight container..
