- Prepare 2 cup of Vita Spelt Flour.

- Preheat oven to 450.
- Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Cut in butter until looks like coarse sand with pea sized particles.
- Form well in center.
- Pour Almond Milk into well.
- Lightly fold flour mixture into milk until incorporated and dough cleans the sides of the bowl.
- Turn dough out onto floured surface and roll or press it into a 1/2 inch thick disc.
- Cut with floured biscuit cutter and place on ungreased pan with sides touching.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
